Synopsis:

A remake of the Italian and French comedies, Price of Parenting sees Egyptian parents with empty nest syndrome find a clever way to make their adult son and daughter stay interested and start visiting them more often by pretending that they won the lottery. What starts off as a prank to get their children’s time and attention, ends up being a situational comedy of mis-haps and   near misses before the parents come clean. Disappointed that their children first never have the time for them, then made more time as soon as they thought money is involved, they soon realise their children are far from greedy and they all get closer than ever before.
